What is your refund policy for design services?

Since design services are custom work, there is no refund for design services. Our designers will work with you one on one to achieve the look you want. If you do not like the designer you have been assigned to, we can simply change designers. We are confident you will be pleased with the layout of your book if not, you can contact us at support@mybridalpix.com for assistance.
