Order, Turnaround & Shipping Policies

Photo Books:  All books are made in the USA and ship from the mid-west. Your custom book will be produced in approximately 5-10 business days. It typically takes 5-7 business days during normal times, and 5-10 days during holiday rush (Christmas and Valentine’s Day, etc). Please allow additional time for shipping. Our mid-west shipping location allows for most books to be received in 2-4 business days via FedEx ground. You can choose your preferred shipping method at check out. We currently use FedEx & USPS as our primary shipping methods. We find that they give us the best rates, customer service, and tracking capabilities. We also offer expedited shipping services, 2 Day Air and Overnight. If you should require a specific shipping service other than FedEx or USPS, please contact our customer service department support@mybridalpix.com.

Keepsake Products: Each Keepsake product will have flat shipping rates. Please see the details tab for each product for specific shipping rates and turn around times. Due to special packaging needs of some of these products a 5-15% handling fee will be added to shipping rate at checkout. Keepsakes items are shipped from the east coast and will take 2-5 business days to reach most USA locations via FedEx Ground. 

International Shipments: To simplify the checkout process for international orders, we offer a flat international fee. If your actual shipping rates are significantly different from the amount collected at checkout we will contact you within 24 -48 hours (during business hours) to discuss the difference.  Please note that the recipient will be required to pay any tariff, taxes or duties at the border, in addition to the shipping, and the 15% handling fee.

Drop Shipments: If you plan to ship directly to your customers, shipment details can be adjusted in the software per order. All packages are sent in plain brown shipping boxes with no identification from My Bridal Pix. The return address will simply state – SHIPPING DEPARTMENT.

Items Lost or Damaged: If in the rare case that your order should be lost, or damaged, please contact our office within 48 hours. In order to process your claim, please take a photo of the damaged package; keep the original packaging & all paperwork from your order. Failure to do so may result in denial of a replacement.The order number along with the item(s) to be replaced, a detailed description of the issue and photo(s) if possible. Upon receipt, we will expedite a replacement order for you. My Bridal Pix cannot be held liable for any damage or loss during any secondary shipments of our products from your location, once the initial delivery has been made.

Ordering Policies

Multiple Item Orders: If you purchase multiple items in one order, ie, a Photo Book and Canvas Print in the same order, please keep in mind that these items have different production times and will ship from different locations. Shipping rates will be collected for each item at checkout and they cannot be combined.

Modify/Cancellation Policy:  We have a very streamlined printing process and because of this we cannot accept changes or cancellations after your order is placed. Your order is custom made for you based on the selections you make in the software. Once you submit your order it goes immediately to our print department so there is no time to pull orders or make changes or cancel orders. Please be sure to double check your order before submitting. Book Remake Policy: My Bridal Pix photo albums are crafted to last a lifetime and we stand behind that with our guarantee that it will be free of any manufacturing defects. While we work very hard to keep our books as consistent as possible, variations in a hand-made product are a normal occurrence and should not be considered a manufacturing defect, or a defect in workmanship. Please remember leather products are not machine finished. Since we use 100% natural hides for our leather covers, there will be grain, color, and texture variances that are not considered manufacturing defects.

My Bridal Pix does not, provide reprints or cash refunds for user errors in proofreading and or design flaws where images or text are cut off because they were placed too close to the edge by the customer in the software. Any typos, low-resolution or dark images, or design issues are the sole responsibility of the customer. To assist in ordering the best photo books possible, our software will give an alert when a low-resolution file has been uploaded. Should you proceed with the order after the alert has been given, that order will no longer be eligible for a reprint if you do not like how it looks. Please keep in mind that we print your images exactly how you send it, so you need to double check, even triple check your work before you place your order.. PLEASE view your layout in the software carefully before submitting your order.  In addition, My Bridal Pix will not be responsible for books that have been dropped, put in extreme environments, or otherwise mishandled.

 If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your book, please contact customer service at suppport@mybridalpix.com within 48 hours of receipt. We promise that your order will be free of manufacturer defects or shipping damage, or we will promptly replace it for free. If your book has a manufacture defect please take detailed images along with your order # and send to support@mybridalpix.com.  Please note that if a reprint is granted, it must be an exact reprint and you will not be permitted to make changes to your layout. It must be an exact reprint of your initial order.

Each product you purchase from My Bridal Pix is a custom order, printed to your specifications. We do not have the luxury of putting the order back on the shelf if you do not like it, therefore, we do not accept returns, or process refunds for any reason, except to the extent we guarantee the workmanship of our products, as described above.

It is our goal to service our customers with the greatest of care. If any problems should arise, please contact us and we are happy to help work out a solution for you.

Keepsake Gift Products Return Policy: All Keepsake gift photo products are automatically color corrected. This allows us to guarantee the best color reproduction. We do not accept cancelations or returns on keepsake items after your order is submitted. These items are custom make for you – this is a firm policy.  If you feel your item has a manufacture defect, please contact us at support@mybridalpix.com. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Orders are only eligible for a remake, within 7 days of receiving the order.

To assist in ordering the best photo gifts possible, our website will give an alert when a low-resolution file has been uploaded. Should you proceed with the order after the alert has been given, that order will no longer be eligible for a remake.

Adult Content Policy:  My Bridal Pix orders containing tastefully done nudes or boudoir imagery is allowed. Nudity is fine and we have no objection to printing these orders as long as the image is tastefully done and is not sexually explicit or pornographic in nature. However, what is objectionable to some is simply an artistic expression to others; the distinction is not always clear. Our best advise is to keep it classy and tasteful. If you have concerns about the content you are going to submit please contact us at support@mybridalpix.com for approval first. If you do not contact us and you submit your order with images we are not comfortable printing, this may add additional time in processing your order or it may automatically be canceled and a refund issued without notification.
