I ordered a special photo book for my husband for Christmas. 2 weeks went by and my status had not changed on my order. I sent an email and Carol responded back to me very quickly and assured me my item was on the ASAP list and would upgrade the shipping if needed.
I did email again about 4/5 days due to no updates and needed the item shipped to a different address. Carol updated my shipping address and by the next day my item was scheduled to ship. I received right before Christmas.

We pride ourselves on making deadlines and glad to hear you got your book shipped to you in time for Christmas! Normally books take 5-7 business days but during the holidays it's best to leave 2 weeks due to the sheer volume of orders we receive. 🙂

I had never done anything like this before. But I wanted a special gift for my boyfriend for times wheh we cannot be together. This was a very easy process. The book turned just great. I didn't pick the best font color but that was on me.
Most of all FedEx delayed the shipping by a whole month. I spoke to Carol and she was amazing. Fixed everything and I had my book the next day.

I created a book here as a gift for my partner, and it turned out absolutely amazing! The quality exceeded my expectations and truly feels superb. There was a small hiccup when I first placed my order because my booklet was stuck in processing while their systems were down, but customer service handled it quickly and kept me updated every step of the way. From order acceptance, to binding, to shipment. The software was also incredibly easy and intuitive to use. I will definitely be returning to BridalPix for future projects!

I customized my own photobook and loved how easy the software was to use. I was able to preview my design before ordering so I could be 100% sure I was satisfied with the look and design of my book. The result was a beautiful, quality product, and I would order from this company again.

I absolutely love how easy it is to create an album and how helpful and quick to respond the customer service is. I did 4 stars instead of 5 only because there has been 2/4 of my albums I had to get redone due to lines across the pics BUT both times they redid and shipped for free. Only other complaint is one of my albums I thought the borders were pink like the pink on the page but it wasn’t and when I reached out about it they said they couldn’t do anything about that. And it’s hard to tell the true color sometimes. I think it’s pink and it’s beige instead. But overall I recommend mybridalpix, if you don’t mind spending more money, they are the best overall.

In regards to creating your own borders - there are lots of color options to choose from - we are sorry you choose the wrong color to match the page theme. .

I recently had a wedding guest book made with all of our engagement photos inside! It is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. I couldn’t have imagined it any better! I can’t wait to have another one made for my wedding!!

I recently did a boudoir session and was so excited to create my book and was concerned about privacy and found mybridalpix and I couldn’t be more happy with how my book turned out for my new hubby. The pages are perfect. The design was fun and made it easy to put my favorite pictures together. I love the quality of the paper the print of the photos and the binding it lays flat, has no glare and is absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t be more pleased. I will definitely be using this company for my wedding photo book. Don’t hesitate go for it!

I ordered my boudoir book with expedited shipping to make it in time for my wedding night; Carol in customer service made sure my gift arrived to my hotel in time despite the book needing to be reprinted. The book itself is exquisitely made and my new husband was overcome with emotion. We’ll treasure this for years to come.
