Services Requested: We wish to engage the services of a photographer to capture the events of our wedding. We will not need a videographer as the Church will be streaming and recording the wedding service. But we do want digital photography produced for the following situations:

Environmental Photos: We would like to get some environmental photos of Bride and groom outside of the church with the City of Chicago in the background. This could be done on Friday, May 8th or the morning of May 9th prior to the wedding ceremony. (Or it could take place any day prior to the wedding.)
Wedding Ceremony Photos: While the wedding will be held in the very large sanctuary of Fourth Presbyterian Church, we will only have 25 people in attendance. We will have a few members lighting candles, placing the veil on us, handing ring & bible to us, but the actual wedding party will only be Mayet and I, and the minister. No bridesmaid or groomsmen. We will just want standard photos Mayet’s walk down the aisle, vows, candle lighting, kiss, etc.
Family & Friends: Following the wedding and while still at the church, we will want a number of photos taken of the full group in attendance, photos with friends and photos with family in the church and outside the church.
Reception: We will want photos at the reception (Fogo de Chao) that capture the energy of that moment. It too will be only 25 people in a small banquet room with a U shaped seating and head table for bride and groom.
Digital Files: We are not requesting any prints, just the final high resolution digital files with full rights and permissions transferred to us. Note: Photos cannot be used by photographer for commercial use. These remain private to us.
