I'm a professional photographer based in Seattle, WA and San Juan, Puerto Rico.
I come from a background studying and working in photojournalism and fine art photography. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in photojournalism from the University of Alabama, I worked six years as staff photographer at two daily newspapers in Florida: the Lake City Reporter and The St. Augustine Record. In 2008, I moved to the Washington, D.C. area to advance my photography career where I photographed over 35 weddings in three years and worked as a freelancer photographing families, models, school portraits and more. In 2011 I moved to New Orleans to expand my opportunities in photography, and in 2013 moved to San Juan to take advantage of the warm climate and unique culture that Puerto Rico offers. Now I split my time between Seattle, Washington and Puerto Rico.

When you don't see a camera in my hand, I will likely be in the kitchen baking bread and experimental cooking or checking out the newest restaurants and food experiences in the Pacific Northwest.
