Photographer Profile - Steve Reynolds
Photography began for me, when I was around 12 years old. Fortunetly for me, my dear Mother allowed me to use her wonderful Canon AE-1 from time to time. I really enjoyed photographing with that camera. I can remember walking around the neighborhood for hours trying to find the best shot. My Father also had at the time a very nice digital camera that I would use to photograph the flowers in our backyard. My very first photography class was in 6th grade. I learned how to develop film and how to print. I was able to display my work to other students and one time my photo was published in my hometown newspaper of Tucson, Arizona. One of my greatest photographic achievements so far was when I was eighteen years old and I had an eight page fashion spread in Tucson Lifestyle Magazine. When I started highschool, my photography interests began to take on new meaning and a deeper appreciation was coming to light, when I was introduced to one of my most venerable teachers in life, Roberto Valenz

One of my greatest photographic achievements so far was when I was eighteen years old and I had an eight page fashion spread in Tucson Lifestyle Magazine. When I started highschool, my photography interests began to take on new meaning and a deeper appreciation was coming to light, when I was introduced to one of my most venerable teachers in life, Roberto Valenzuela. From that point on, my knowledge of photography and business expanded greatly when he kindly took me on as his photography protégé. As his second shooter but more importantly as his friend, I assisted him at numerous weddings and events over the span of 6 years. Since that time, the influences of my teachers and other wonderful photographers, who continue to inspire me, stay with me as I grow to create new works of art with what I have learned and to push myself further than I could have ever imagined possible. Best wishes. -Steve Reynolds
